Shipping Policy

Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6 shipping fee. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Return & Refund Policy

Because Winnie Lou products are perishable food items, all sales are final. For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges—even if the product is unopened—and returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

Not sure which product your pup will love? We recommend starting with one of our sample packs before purchasing a full-size package.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and shipping package so our team can review the issue and make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Please note that taste preferences, a dog declining to eat a product, or ordering the wrong item do not qualify for a return, replacement, or refund.

It all started with a food truck for dogs...

This little company was something we had been dreaming up for quite some time and we can't believe it's been happening for almost five years since we started.

We knew we wanted to do something different. When we landed on the idea of a food truck for dogs - we knew that was it. From concept to reality - we can't believe we have the opportunity to do something we love and interact with your happy pups. As we've grown this little business into something bigger, we are proud to have our treats available in retail stores across the country so that we can get clean pet treats into more homes.

2018

2019

We began wholesaling and trying to expand to more stores. First trade show.
2020

Updated our packaging and moved into our first private kitchen
2021

Outgrew our commercial kitchen, launched into our first 10 Whole Foods stores.
2022

Our biggest year yet! Moved into our own commercial manufacturing facility and office. We now have the capacity, the power, and the employees to supply clean treats to dogs all over the country.
