1. Can I order things that are sold out?
Short answer, yes. If you see an item on the website that is sold out, simply send us an email and we will let you know whether we can get it to you in a timely manner.
2. How do you calculate shipping?
All orders under $49 are a flat $6 shipping. If the order is over $49 then your shipping is FREE!
3. Do you all accept returns?
All sales are final.
Winnie Lou does not accept returns or refunds on perishable products. If an item purchased on winnielou.com is damaged or defective, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package.
